It's been a whirlwind of demonstrations lately! Two weeks ago I had a Kombucha Demo with The Urban Homesteaders' League, this past Sunday I did a Food Preservation and Fermentation workshop at Bountiful Brookline's annual Spring into Gardening event, and this coming Monday I will be teaching Natural Body Care demo with The Urban Homesteaders' League. All of this before an exciting two weeks doing Ann Wigmore's Living Foods Lifestyle Certificate Program in Puerto Rico: a comprehensive two weeks of learning about raw, living, and vegan foods! I am very much looking forward to beginning this program April 10, and I hope to write about some of my experiences here. But in the meantime, I am looking forward to my Natural Body Care demo this upcoming Monday as well, so here is the information about the demo below if you are interested in attending:

Ever wanted to learn how to make your own body care products? Many commercial body care products may contain ingredients or chemicals linked to toxicities. Your skin is your body's largest organ. If you can't eat it, why put it on your skin?
Annabelle will demonstrate how to make homemade moisturizer creams, shampoos, lip balms, and more, all made with natural ingredients. She will discuss the ingredients used for these products, and how the recipes can be customized to suit individuals' needs.
RSVP: on the Urban Homeasteaders' League or by e-mailing me at info[at]herbalmedicinebox.com.
Hope to see you there!
